At Balanced Fueling, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their health and nutrition goals. We believe that nutrition isn’t about deprivation, but about creating balance that fits your lifestyle.

I don’t just teach nutrition—I’ve lived it.
At my heaviest, I weighed 230 pounds. Through intentional changes in diet, fueling, and mindset, I dropped down to 168 pounds, learning firsthand how powerful proper nutrition can be. From there, I rebuilt my body the right way—gaining strength and muscle to reach 200 pounds in a healthy, sustainable manner.
That journey completely changed my life. It taught me that nutrition isn’t about extremes or restriction—it’s about balance, consistency, and fueling your body based on your goals. I’ve experienced what it’s like to struggle, reset, and rebuild, which allows me to guide clients with real understanding, not just theory.
In addition to my personal experience, I am an ISSA Certified Health Coach, combining evidence-based nutrition principles with real-world application. I help clients create sustainable nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle—whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or long-term health.
